Claire has been brilliant at setting goals specific to me and that would challenge me. For example, I am now able to lift my arm to put on my deodorant (which I was not able to do before). From my first appointment she has been very thorough, she went through my entire medical history with me and explained in detail how she is planning my programme according to that and the reasoning behind why and how it is different to the ‘standard program’.I am back to 90% full range of movement and am now able to complete everyday tasks with ease. This course of physiotherapy by Claire has impacted my everyday life massively. ![]()
